For over 36 years, our neighbor Jan Hickman has been active in the Swillburg Neighborhood Association. She was involved from the beginning with the development of Otto Henderberg Park and has helped maintain and beautify the park into the wonderful resource it is today for our neighbors and friends. Jan has also been an active member of our Steering Committee, giving a voice to the thoughts and concerns of her neighbors and serving as a model of stewardship for our Swillburg community.
“If you set that example, then other people follow it; other people join in.” We couldn’t agree more with Jan: our lives in Swillburg are richer because of people like her.
